Majority PAC pours half a million into anti-Brunner ads

When Republican U. S. Senate candidate John Brunner complains about Harry Reid picking on him, it's not just idle campaign chatter.

Forty-eight hour reports filed with the Federal Election Commission show the Majority PAC has spent $572,638.75 during the first two days of August, with all of the money going to buy advertising time.

It is becoming rather obvious, especially judging from the advertising by Claire McCaskill, that she would prefer to face Congressman Todd Akin, rather than Sarah Steelman and especially Brunner, who has no voting record to attack.

sounds like Brunner is the one to support.

I'll vote for Brunner...If Harry Reed is against him, he must be the one.
